The dates for this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival were just announced.
The fest is back again at Chicago’s Union Park and is set for July 16th-18th. The first round of artists will be announced on Friday when tickets go on sale.

This is now officially confirmed by the Rothbury festival website. The festival is postponed for 2010 and they hope to return in 2011.

According to the Detroit Free Press, the Rothbury Festival has been called off for 2010.
If this is true, it’s a serious bummer. This one seemed like it really had a good thing going.
